Vital Roots Nutrition accepts referrals from healthcare providers, clinics, schools, community organizations, and other professionals looking to connect patients with personalized nutrition support.

Referrals may be appropriate for pediatric nutrition, adult nutrition, perinatal nutrition, chronic disease management, feeding concerns, allergies, digestive issues, weight management, nutrient deficiencies, and other nutrition-related needs.

Collaborative Nutrition Support

Vital Roots Nutrition works with patients, families, healthcare providers, and community partners to provide care that is practical, supportive, and aligned with each person’s needs. We value collaborative care and clear communication when supporting referred patients.

Appointments are available in person in Sault Ste. Marie and virtually across Ontario. Once a referral is received, our team will review the information and follow up with the patient or referring provider as appropriate.
